This hand-wrought, open-work brooch is an antique piece. It is an original Art Nouveau creation. The design is a partially opened rosebud flanked with foliage. The pin's antiquity can be verified by two things: it is 800 silver, and it has a c-catch, both characteristics dating the brooch before 1920. This pin measures 7.8" wide and 2 3/8" long. Its curvy lines are elegant. The pin is in excellent condition with no issues. It weighs 8.4 grams.
