This larger pair of Mexican sterling earrings feature a striking black enamel design with an Aztec influence. The earrings are round flat hoops, 1 5/8" in diameter, that are open in the center. They are for pierced ears; there are 3/8" silver half-domes with 1/2" posts attached to the hoops. The clutches are included. They drop 2" from the top of the dome. These earrings bear a TR registry mark, dating them after 1979. From the size, I would say they date from the 1980's. They are in excellent original condition. They weigh 20 grams the pair.
