This sterling silver (marked on the back) pin is in the shape of a fleur-de-lis. The front is decorated with red guilloche enamel and a bit of gold foliage. This pin has a large hook on the back. Its original function was to hold a lapel watch, a locket, or a fob. This piece may be worn with or without a decorative attachment. It dates from around 1900-1920, having a C-catch instead of a modern safety catch. This pin measures 1 1/8" high X 3/4" across. It is in excellent original condition.
