Probably representing chilongs - or baby dragons (see the one with the bifurcated (forked) tail), these are a cuddling pair.
The piece exhibits a high degree of restrained sculptural technique (less is more type of restraint) along with a very well balanced amount of detailing. This includes the bottom showing the feet.
As you will see in the multiple photographs provided the jade has a beautiful translucent quality to it in a celadon green shade. The extremities of the pups including nose tip, tips of ears, etc. allow light to pass through to give it that sense of translucency.
The way this is sculpted I believe that it could also be worn as pendant. I have been told that these small pieces, sometimes referred to as 'pebbles' were sometimes used as 'hand coolers' and kept in a nearby pocket or pouch for that purpose.
It measures approx. 2"x 2" x 3/4" high. It weighs 62.6 gms and feels very weighty in the hand as well as very cool. It is in excellent condition.
Alternatively this could be strung with beads and worn as a pendant.
