Do you like it? Love it? It really is spectacular!

This festooning style choker necklace has everything going for it. The design is primary, but so is the choice of carved lavender jade rosettes and carved, dangling pendants.

The spring clasp says Sterling Germany. On the back framework of the round pendant is stamped Sterling as well. All is gilt silver.

The necklace is approx. 15" not counting the pendants. The carved disk is 1 1/4" in diameter. The oval lavender dangle at the bottom is approx. 3/4" x 1/2". Both the disk and the oval are prong set in a silver framework. The beads are rosettes of lavender jade that are approx. 7mm round.

The chain links are unusual and may be entirely hand-made. Extensive research has not uncovered another link like it.

Centered in the jade carved disk (which ranges from a transparent white to patches of lavender) is an approx. 10mm split pearl (flat backed domed, circular pearl (probably natural).
