This lovely small vase is done in the Ginbari foil technique with enamels in a manner similar to cloisonne.

The colors are gorgeous. The background is an extremely pale minty green/aqua. On top are vibrant mauves and pinks with a variety of shades of light to dark green foliage and a touch of yellow and a teensy bit of blue.

The vase measures 5" tall. It has a most pleasing tapering shape. It is surprisingly fine condition. The photos clearly show any anomalies that are there (a few brown lines under the finish and no cracks or dents. These anomalies stem from the manufacturing process).

The vase bears an impressed flower-form hallmark. I was unable to pinpoint the maker, but perhaps you know!
