Sterling handled casserole serving spoon & cold meat fork by Wallace Silversmiths of Wallingford, Ct in the elegant and extravagant Grande Baroque pattern designed for Wallace in 1941 by William S Warren. The spoon is 10 1/4 " long. The fork measures 11 1/8 ". Note that the photos were taken in a photo box with yellow lights that give the silver a yellowish tint that is not present when viewed in person. Also, dark spots are reflections of the camera and are also not on the pieces. The pieces are appropriately marked as shown with the Wallace "W" Ster and H H, for the retailer.
The pieces are pre-owned but in very good to excellent condition with no dings, dents or obvious scratches. They could use a good polishing but since some purchasers prefer to do that themselves, I'll leave that to the purchaser. Multiple purchases of items listed in this pattern will be charged actual shipping and insurance to save you money. Additional Grand Baroque items including two 4-piece place settings and other serving pieces will be offered from this fine Texas estate.
Texas residents to pay 8 ¼% sales tax or provide exemption information.
