Now On Sale! Meet beautiful Anissa,. Anissa was born about 1880. She is a 19" very fine early Kestner doll of beautiful quality. Anissa has the desirable early features you adore in a Kestner. Full faced modeling with neck fat roll in the back, pale complexion, outlined lips with narrow white line between her closed lips. Her head is made with a deeply slanted French type slice. She is marked only with the number 13 on upper back head. Anissa has sleeping eyes in original setting with original lid wax. Her heavy chunky body has all original paint and finish and is in generally wonderful condition, as you can see. She only shows some paint finish surface wear, with a small chip of paint at the edge of the neck opening-and no areas of repair, repaint, or rebuild. A much nicer body than usually found on these early straight wrist bodies. There is no bisque head damage-no hairline cracks or restorations. Beautiful, smooth, pale, high quality bisque. There is a 1/16" small spot on her upper neck where the flesh wash didn't "take"-just a tiny round place. Dolly has long blonde mohair curls. She is beautifully and appropriately dressed in antique laces and blue silk-a costume I made for her, with a divine matching bonnet too. She also wears antique chemise, silk drawers, silk knit socks, and antique leather shoes which are fragile with wear. Anissa is 19" tall. Such an elegant high quality German doll you will be proud to add to your family. Would you like to lay away? Of course-with 300.00 down and the balance over up to 9 payments. Don't hesitate to email with your questions about Anissa.
