A significant George III library table, c. 1780, of rare revolving form. Octagonal form with alternating faux & working line inlaid drawers of cut corner fielded design. Cross banded top with leather top, a quality gilt tooled old replacement. The revolving mechanism is concealed above the fielded flat paneled pedestal sitting on four molded, reeded, outswept legs with hcast brass paw feet & casters. Mahogany & mahogany secondary. 49 1/4" sq., 30 1/8" h.
