I Always Thought That Great Jewelry Is Art That Becomes Art When Worn By People- KENNETH JAY LANE
From my personal collection- Kenneth Lane has been renown for his elegant and opulent jewelry for over 7 decades. His jewelry is a wearable and chic art. I am very partial to his bangle bracelets. The diversity of his designs, whether in a form of beautifully bejeweled animals or jewelry encrusted bangles, represents his artistry and his creative originality.
The hinged bangle bracelet offered here is a veritable testimony to his designs. It is crafted on a concave premium 18 KT gold plated metal base and has a domed shape, the surface of which is heavily enameled in a black lustrous epoxy enamel. Four faux coral, bezel set, cabochons are interspersed between four golden triangular forms encrusted with round, channel set sparkling round faceted Swarovski crystals. It is a clamper style bracelet, hinged, with a magnetic clasp . It is elegant and very easy on the wrist. The KJL signature is embedded on the obverse, concave side of the base.
You are invited to visit and to enjoy more of KJL creations and an ever growing and diverse collection of fine and costume jewelry by renown American and International designers. Thank you for browsing.
