Here are two beautiful tumblers in the hard-to-find Aunt Polly pattern. Aunt Polly was produced by U.S. Glass Company in the late 1920's. The tumblers are in excellent condition with only mould roughness and a manufacturing line in the glass of one of the tumblers (see picture). Gene Florence states in his Encyclopedia of Depression Glass that "Aunt Polly, like most U.S. Glass patterns, suffers from excessive mould roughness at the seams. This is off putting to some collectors. However, most accept it as a normal characteristic of the pattern, along with its earlier, turn of the century, appearance".
