"Fresh or warm cake that you would hesitate to cut with a knife, presents no difficulties to the Cake-Breaker". The C.J. Schneider Mfg. Co. of Toledo, Ohio patented this cake breaker in 1932. The breaker is in excellent condition with little or no signs of use and no chips or cracks to the gorgeous, cherry red Bakelite handle. The breaker measures 10 inches long, and the tines are each 3 3/4 inches. The box has some staining and tears along the rim. The cake breaker is marked "Schneider Toledo Pat. No. 1,858,790".
