Joseph Warner founded the Warner Company in 1953 and stayed in operation until the 1970s. The Warner jewelry is not very common and because of its better quality of workmanship, superior rhinestones and materials and Japanned metal settings, the jewelry found is coveted by the collector’s market today. Mark: "WARNER".
This interesting layered brooch is done with "black diamond" and crystal rhinestones. Teardrop shaped rhinestones are layered atop round clusters of rhinestones. The setting is rhodium plated. The detail can also been seen looking at the back construction. All in excellent condition. Late 1950s-60s.
