Founded in New York in 1939, Samuel Finklestein changed the company name to Reja in 1941, producing high quality jewelry until 1953. Crafted in both sterling and rhodium plate, the company used the highest quality rhinestones and components. Although in business for a short time, Reja had a very distinctive style, using signature stones, enamel work and characteristic construction.
This lovely brooch is clearly signed Reja, set in rhodium plating and uses the most beautiful open back crystals.
