Each panel in this bracelet shows a different Egyptian symbol from mythology. A vulture, god and goddesses and a sphinx all beautifully executed and highly detailed. Each symbol on a filigree panel backing. The closure is a hook and spring ring, very easy to put on and wear. The color is a copper-bronze. A very nice example of Egyptian revival jewelry, this was purchased in a shop in Ireland. Not only was Egyptian jewelry linked to ancient opulence, it also held the allure of a legendary culture and its mysterious symbols.
