Lovely oval Bing and Grondahl (B&G) china porcelain pendant with a 12K gold filled twisted frame around the china. The frame is marked. The china pendant features a graceful Lily of the Valley design in shades of blue, white and green.
The mark on the back of the porcelain indicates the piece was made Circa: 1970s in Copenhagen, Denmark. It measures 1.5" long x .75" with a gold filled chain measuring 18". The piece is in very good vintage condition with no signs of wear, no chips, cracks or crazing.
Lily of the valley has the flower meaning of humility, chastity, sweetness, purity and is said to bring luck in love. It also means "the return of happiness" which is the reason why it is often used as decorations in weddings.
