To constitute a true parure, a set of jewelry must have at least three matching items. This parure includes matching necklace, bracelet and clip earrings. Circa: Early 1950s. Includes a rather battered tag from Woodward & Lothrop, a department store in Washington, D.C. Woodward & Lothrop was the capital's first department store, opening in 1887 and closing in 1995. Indicates the set may have never been worn. It would make for beautiful wedding jewelry.
