William DeLillo lucite crystal triple cone drop pendant with rhinestone top hangs from a gold plated choker collar necklace. This one has a deLillo hang tag and its tag and box from Bonwit Teller where it was purchased. Looks like it was never worn and that is a shame! With a highly prismatic faceted crystal clear lucite cone (actually three of them joined) hanging from this easy to wear collar necklace, this is easy to wear and interesting. Some of deLillo's work was from the run way and hard to incorporate into a daily wardrobe. Not this one.
SIze: Collar necklace will fit most necks (open in the back) and the pendant hangs about 2.5 inches; Condition is Excellent; Circa: 1970s
William DeLillo and Robert Clark (who was head designer for Miriam Haskell in the early 60's- also worked for Tiffany and Co, and Harry Winston) founded William DeLillo Inc in 1967 and produced many big, bold couture pieces. They ceased production in the mid 70's and went to Europe-doing freelance work for several couture designers. DeLillo jewelry is rare and highly collectible.
