Florenza was a jewelry line sold to jobbers. Started in the early 1950s by Dan Kasoff and then run by his son Larry, the company was located in the Garment District of New York City. Dan Kasoff, the company's founder, designed all of the Florenza pieces. Faux precious stones and a distinctly Victorian look are signatures of Florenza. After a bad accident almost took Larry's life in 1981, this beloved jewelry brand was forced to stop production.
