Easily identifiable because of it's distinctive "black" backing, or japanning technique, Warner jewelry was founded by Joseph Warner in the 1950s. In business until the 1970s, Warner jewelry featured floral and insect designs that were created in exceptional materials.
Wonderful example of Warner at its' best, this domed brooch sits high with deep red floral clusters. Just a stunning effect. Set in a japanned setting and signed on the back!
