A fabulous Art Deco period diamond cluster ring set in 18K white gold. Old European cut diamonds are highlighted in the center of this ring, with a total of approximately 0.8 carats. They are all near colorless and VS in clarity, overall. Along the edges of the ring are elongated French cut synthetic blue sapphires. Synthetic color stones were commonly used during this period. In this case, the deep cobalt blue color of the stones accentuate the sparkle of the diamonds. Pretty engraved patterns along the shoulder, as well as milgraining along the edges of the ring, show great attention to detail.
The inside of the ring is marked “18K” for gold purity.
