An antique flower brooch masterfully made with hand-carved natural jade and coral, with old cut diamond accents. The closed petals of the flower are represented by a large piece of salmon colored coral with a reddish-orange hue. Some natural coral graining and pits can be seen on the surface. It measures 20.6 mm long by 18.6 mm wide by 10.3 mm deep. The tip of the flower has a single onyx bead.
Old rose cut diamonds have been set throughout the stem of the flower, adding a lovely sparkle to the piece. The diamonds weigh a total of approximately 1.75 carats.
A delicately sculpted single piece of nephrite jade has been carved for the leaves. The jade is a a muted forest green color with high transparency. Two old mine cut diamonds have been set in the jade. Some hallmarks are visible on the pin, including the letter “M.”

Condition: In very good antique condition with wear commensurate with age. There is some natural pitting and graining visible on the coral. The jade is in great condition with no visible cracks or damage. Some of the diamonds appear to have been re-set over time but they are securely mounted.
