An unusual Victorian era pendant / brooch crafted in 18K yellow gold with a motif of a vine of grapes and leaves. There is a cylinder of natural coral being held in the center of the brooch by the vine of leaves. The piece can be worn as a brooch with the original C clasp or as a pendant. It seems the bail was added at a later time with some lead solder.
