These exquisite nut cups look like they should be larger compotes gracing your mantle or buffet.
While they are still quite useful in their traditional sense, we think we'd love them if they were holding some votive candles on the dining table or anyplace that you're looking to add some bling You could also use these to leave a bedside treat for your overnight guests. But be careful, they may want them refilled for many more nights!
The nut cups are 2 3/4" high; the cup is 3 3/24" wide and the base width is 2 1/8." Made by S. Blanckensee & Sons in Birmingham. It is unique that one was made in 1919 and the other in 1920. As these are weighted, weight has not been provided.
Based on customer preference, we only lightly polish our silver.
