This impressive trophy provides the finest bells and whistles of Edwardian design. Atop the cover, a golfer readies his drive down the fairway. The ornate design overall, coupled with the bas relief surrounding the highly polished panels, is unlike any we've come across. Even more unique is the fact that it has never been monogrammed.
It is in exceptional condition; the only quite minor flaw is what appears to be a very slight pry mark on the cover (as if it was stuck and someone was attempting to open it). Otherwise, it is in pristine condition. Please note, based on customer's preferences, we only lightly polish our sterling.
Made by Roberts & Belk in 1905 (a Sheffield silversmith from 1893 to 2006). Both trophy and cover have the appropriate hallmarks for Roberts & Belk, Sheffield, Sterling and 1905. Trophy, approximately 175mm tall overall; without cover, 120mm. Cover itself, 55mm tall. Trophy base, 70mm diameter. 381.4 grams.
