A large Art Deco pink frosted glass figural powder dish, commonly known as "Jackie". This powder dish is in the shape of a powder puff with stylish lady seated on the lid with her knees lifted up and her legs crossed at the ankle. Her head is tilted to her left which shows off her short bobbed hairstyle and the raised collar of her wrap. There is a chip on the back of the collar on the right side. This can be seen in the third image above and as this is on the back it does not spoil the overall look of this piece. Over time the frosted glass has taken on a patina as dust has gotten trapped in the pores of the etched glass, an understandable sign of age. Measurements are 6 inches across by 5 inches tall. This lovely lady would very comfortably take up a charming pose on your dresser for your pleasure.
