Scarlett composition doll by Madame Alexander from 1939-early 1940's. 18" tall. She has beautiful replaced clothing including an untagged bright red multi-layered ruffled dress with a velvet bodice. She has a hoop skirt slip underneath. The dress is very well made. She has a great vintage straw hat adorned with silk flowers and red ribbon that measures 8" across. She has an added pearl necklace. She has a full black human hair wig with metal barrettes and velvet red flower in her hat. She has matching red panties that the waist elastic has stretched out. She has long nylon stockings and cream colored vintage strap shoes. Her left leg has four craze lines and also paint flaking from her hip to ankle. Her right leg has a minor craze line near her knee. Her left hand has paint wear on fingers and a small pen mark. Her right eyebrow is rubbed faint, her left has some paint rubber. She has blue clear eyes. The right eye is missing some hair lashes and her left eye has no hair lashes. She has a minor paint rub on her lip. Her waist has some metal marks from a stand. Her right upper arm has a few short and light craze marks and right palm and between thumb and finer has a craze. She is missing part of the bottom sole on right shoe. You can pose her head but it favors the left side.
