This item is a small handled divided relish dish 3900/124 pictured on page 86 of, "Elegant Glass of the Depression Era, Twelfth Edition" by Gene & Cathy Florence. The piece is 1 3/8" deep, 7 1/2" at the handles, by 4 5/16" wide, and sits on four 3/8" by 1/2" peg feet. The exterior and underside carry the "Diane" etch which consists of medallions with flower blossoms inside them, and flower blossoms, leaves, and stems on vines.
