This item is the annual release for 1983 titled "The Postman" from Hummel back marked with the company information and "Hum 276". The piece is 7/8" deep at the rim with an overall diameter of 7 1/2". The edge of the plate has a row of stars around it and the central decoration is a young boy in a postman's uniform and pouch holding up an envelope with a heart on it.
