This item is a juvenile feeding dish decorated with a "Baby Bunting" motif bottom marked, "Royal Baby-Plate, Patented U.S. Feby 7 1905, Great Britain, France, Germany, Canada, 1903, Made In U.S.A.". The piece I 1 1/4" deep, 5 3/4" across the top opening, with a bottom diameter of 8 3/4" The white bodied bowl has a flared lower edge that has a roll on the base to prevent spills. The central decoration depicts "Baby Bunting" and her dog "Bunch" walking down a country lane with a gun on her shoulder. The flared rim has rose blossoms, Bunch, Baby Bunting, and flying birds as decoration with worn gold on the upper edges of the bowl and foot rim.
