This item is a Royal Doulton figurine issued 1933-1952 bottom marked, "Dorcas" with the company logo above it and the hand printed text, "HN 1558, 36" with an unreadable impressed mark found on page 145 of, "A Charlton Standard Catalogue, Royal Doulton Figurines, 10th Edition" by Jean Dale. The figurine is 6 3/4" tall, 4 1/8" wide, by 3" front to back. She has a purple hat with trailing ties over blond hair, light eyebrows and lashes, pink cheeks, and red lips. Her dress has a burgundy bodice shading to purple at the hips, with a pink lower section. She is holding a bowl of flower blossoms with yellow roses, blue and eggshell colored blooms and a green leaf.The figurine has no wear or damage of any type.
