This item is a luncheon tea service for six bottom marked in green with an "M" in a wreath with "Noritake" above it and "Hand Painted, Made In Japan" below it. The tea pot is 5 3/8" at the finial, 8 1/2" spout to handle, by 3 1/2" across the base. The sugar bowl is 4 1/2" at the finial, 6" across the handles, by 2 7/8" across the base. The creamer is 3 1/2" at the spout, 4 1/2" handle to spout, by 2 1/4" across the bottom. The unmarked saucers are 13/16" deep by 5 1/2" in diameter. The luncheon plates are 3/4" deep with a diameter of 7 1/2". The cups are 2" deep, 4 3/8" handle to rim, by 1 7/8" across the bottom. The white bodied set has a blue luster band with a tan band adorned with a geometric design inside it trimmed in black. The central decoration is a medallion with pink and yellow flower blossoms with green leaves and stems also trimmed in black. The handle on one cup has a skip in the paint and one saucer has wear on an interior black stripe, but there are no chips, cracks, stains from use, or repaints on the set.
