This item is a rose overlay vase manufactured from 1943-1948 and pictured in blue on page 150 of "the big book of Fenton Glass 1940-1970" by John Walk. The vase is 8" tall, 5 3/8" across the double crimped upper rim, 6" at it's widest diameter, by 3 1/4" across the foot. The upper neck of the vase is slightly belled above the central collar, and the lower section is a melon shape. The rose is very distinct with a well defined clear band on the collar and foot rim.
