This item is a hand painted pierced handle plate bottom marked with "T & V" in a rectangle with "Limoges, France" below it dating the plate 1892- 1917 according to "Kovel's New Dictionary of Marks, Pottery & Porcelain 1850 to the Present" on page 148 panel "O". The plate is 1 1/2" deep at the handles and 1 1/4" at the rim. he diameter across the handles is 11" and the body diameter is 10 1/4". The piece is decorated with pink and purple flower blossoms with green veined leaves and stems, and the underside is bright white.
