This item is a porcelain dresser tray bottom marked, "Limoges, France" in black with an arrow between the script and "Limoges, France" in blue. The tray is 8 1/4" long, 3 5/8" wide, by 1/2" deep at the gold trimmed saw tooth edge. The white bodied piece has seven flower blossoms with leaves and stems as decoration dome by transfer with hand painted highlights. The mark dates the tray circa 1896-1905 as viewed on page 17 plate "K" in the "Kovel's New Dictionary of Marks, Pottery & Porcelain 1850 to the Present". The gold trim has some minor wear from use, but there are no chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or to make an offer.
