Rare oval shaped diamond ring. A Victorian Era piece of art. The diamonds are set in 10% irid.plat and the rest of the ring is 14Kt YG, A total of 9 diamonds. The center diamond is approx. 3mm and is an OEC with open culet. the 4 diamonds surrounding the center are 2.3 mm and the smallest 4 are approx. 2mm , they are OEC. Approx. total weight is 45- 50 points. I estimate the larger diamonds to be D color and SI -1 to VS clarity and the 4 smallest to be J color and SI clarity.
There is a tiny line crack on the one side of the undercarriage. It does not appear that this would cause an issue. The ring is very solid.
It is currently a size 7. It is marked 10%irid.plat and 14K. It weighs 3.85 grams. It has a very nice quality feel.
