Here is a nice book about the Domestic Medicine for your collection. Would make a great gift or keep it for yourself!
This book was issued in 1801 by William Buchan. This is a second edition, not a first edition. Published by Ricahard Folwell of Philadelphia, PA. There is a preface in the front of the book written by Isaac Cathrall.

No musty or mildewy smell or moldiness to the book. Some moderate foxing or brown spotting. Some minor browning to the pages. The pages are still securely bound the book. We do not see any pencil or ink markings in the book.
