Here's one of a group of young vintage cowboy shirts with button down collars and bold contemporary air brush look prints, popular in the early 1990s.
The label on this is Brooks and Dunn, who had cowboy shirts designed to wear for their concert tours, and in turn, to retail along with their CDs (see attached CD credit for dating).
This has an horizontal lightening or electric bolt design that surrounds the chest, both front and back, as well as around the sleeves! Colors are black with green and white.
They also added tiny tags with their initials, B & D, as was so popular in shirt design of that time.
Labeled a size L, this measures:
Shoulder point to shoulder point: 18"
Neck point to shoulder point: 6.5" (this is dropped to the front of the actual shoulder
line creating a shallow front yoke)
Center back of the neck to hem: 32.5" long
There is no back yoke on this shirt, although the black print does sort of give the appearance of one.
This has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. It does appear to have been worn, but very gently, as it is in superb condition, definitely wearable.
Rodeos. Country western concerts. Friday night races. Weekend BBQs. This is a perfect shirt to wear for any and all of those.
