This is a sewing pattern for shorts and pants by Simplicity dated 1971.
There are only 6 pieces and all are present. With those 6, there are 3 pants length options: shorts, long pants, or what they call gaucho length, which many today would call capri length.
There is a detachable bib with suspenders, to create an over-all look, or play-suit look.
The zipper is placed in the center back.
This includes a transfer for the butterfly applique, and sewing instruction sheet.
The envelope for this is in very good shape, too, with only slightly crumpled corners and flap.
Colors of the illustration: primaries of red, blue and yellow with green, black and white detailing.
The envelope does have a partial store stamp on the front.
This is sized as a vintage 9/10, which at that time meant a waist of 24 and hips of 33 1/2. If you know how to grade patterns, you can adjust this to any size you wish.
