This pretty summer dress pattern is a classic, with a fit and flare silhouette, and an adorable short sleeve matching jacket! It is an original pattern in it's original envelope, not a copy.
Jr. Misses' and Misses' one-piece dress and jacket: Both views show dress with contrast jacket. Sleeveless dress has button-front bodice with wide round neckline and bow at center. Skirt has pockets in side front seams. Jacket has short kimono sleeves and is faced with dress fabric. V. 1 dress has 3 rows of gathered lace edging at each side of center front. Lace edging also trims jacket. V.2 jacket has flaps at lower edge and bows of dress fabric at sleeve edges.
Labeled a size 12, this translates to a bust of only 32", waist of 25". If you know how to grade patterns, though, this can easily be made larger.
There are a total of 14 pieces, all are present, the pattern has been cut.
The cover graphics are in colors of aqua with green and white, the other model wears pink with tiny white polka dots and lace.
Dated 1957 on the instruction sheet.
There are tears along the top of the envelope and the edges are worn; this will ship in a plastic sleeve for protection.
