Authentic US Air Force men's coveralls jumpsuit with original tag dated May 28, 1969.
Made by Mason & Hughes Inc for the US military of very light weight all cotton in fatigue green, and using quality products including brass snaps and metal zippers (the center front zip has a leather pull).
This has 7 zippered pockets (one on each thigh, one on each lower leg, one on each side of the chest, and one on the upper left sleeve); 3 snap size adjustments at each side of the waist; zipper openings at hips to be able to reach your pockets inside; zipper pegged legs to go in to or outside of your boots; 3 snap adjustable wrists and snap closure knife sheath on inside left thigh.
There are no back pockets; there are two tucks on each side at the waistline for ease of upper body movement.
This is labeled a S-Reg, it measures:
Chest up to 40"
waist adjusts from 31 to 35"
hip up to 45"
sleeve length of 23.5"
from shoulder point to shoulder point is 18"
the length from the center back of the neck to the waistline is 19"
the outseam from the waistline to the hem is 38"
the inseam is 27.5"
from the back waistline to the crotch seam measures 16"
from the front waistline to the crotch seam measures 11.5"
This is in excellent condition; it is freshly laundered and ready to wear. We can see that there used to be some insignia patches on each side of the chest, however, they were removed before we obtained this. There are two blue and white embroidered shoulder patches on it currently, however we have been unable to identify them as military emblems.
Although these were designed for men, we also photographed it on our female mannequin, as it does look good on girls, too.
