This black and silver sequined body-hugging boned bustier bodice formal event dress from the 80s has 3 deep layers of taffeta ruffles as the skirt.
This has a huge ruffled flower at the (wearer's) left hip.
Has skinny spaghetti straps, or they could be slipped inside the bodice and you can go strapless.
We're offering this as a costume item because when you inspect the sequins up really close, they appear marred; maybe scratched is a better descriptor.
The thing is, from even a few feet away, this presents perfectly. For stage? or a costume? or to be worn in a darkened nightclub? it appears to be flawless.
