This thick, heavy clear glass piece can be used as a mold for cold dishes, such as jello salads or desserts, or as a baking dish for meatloaf, bread, cake, monkey bread, and the like.

It is perfect for acidic foods, as it will leave no metallic taste like aluminum does.

Some call these a "Donut Dish" for making "RING" foods.

This measures 8 3/4" Diameter x 2 1/2" deep

This has a simple but nice looking outer edge with a lined design.
