This has adjustable shoulder straps attached to a wide band of eyelet lace across the bodice top, and a tiered, dropped waist silhouette that flares to the ruffled hem.

We've styled it with a belt (not included) but it looks (and feels) even more comfortable without!

Measurements are

36" bust

then, 13 1/2" down from the underarm is the first tier which is 46" around.

From the underarm to the hem is 37".

This drop waist style was particularly popular in the late 80s into the early 90s.

This is a bit sheer with a rich, colorful floral print of red hibiscus with greens and blues on white.

We love this as a sundress, but it could be worn as a swimsuit coverup, or even a nightgown
