Dramatic New Look vintage dress with soft shoulders and 3/4 cuffed sleeves. This classic fit and flare dress has a nipped-in waist and full, flared skirt.

This buttons up the front, with a convertible collar that can be worn open making a V neckline, or buttoned all the way to the top.

The fabric is incredible: crisp stripes of red, blue, pink, silver, green, and gold in a satin weave with black as the main color, this is extremely dramatic, bold, and a real show stopper!

There is a partial lot number label is all, no fiber content. The hand is sturdy, not flimsy.
