This attractive day dress is in a fresh spring and summer turquoise blue color, and features vertical rows of tiny tucks across the bodice front.
The only label on this is a blue and white union tag, which helps date this to the 60s.
Measurements translate to contemporary a small/medium:
Waist 27” (well made: it's reinforced with bias tape)
110” sweep of hem
15.5” long from the center back of the neck to the waist
40” from center back of the neck to the hem
This has a 4” deep hem. At some point the hem was shortened by 1.5” (there's a fade line at that point: this is not visible when worn as it is on the underside of the dress. )
The zipper is metal, made by Serval.
The fiber content is an easy wash and wear cotton poly blend.
This has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear with no flaws.
We love wearing these comfortable and pretty dresses to the Farmer's Market, to watch the kids play ball, to go antiquing, and/or to brunch on Sunday!
