Here is an adorable sleeveless June Cleaver day dress in a brown and orange plaid cotton from the 1960s.
This is a classic fit n flare silhouette with body hugging darted bodice with flattering scoop neck front and back, and delightful full skirt.
We've shown her with a crinoline, but she is comfortable and classic without.
The dress is tiny, and our mannequin is too big, so we couldn't zip her up all the way ~ the zipper does work perfectly; it is metal.
The measurements are:
hips are free
8" long from under arm to waistline,
20.5" from waist to hem.
This appears that it's hem was taken up at some time, with a 5" deep (hem), but it has faded a bit, so it might "show" if let down.
Many companies distress their clothing lines to give them a vintage-worn look; but this is the real thing. This shows wear along the underarm seams; there are a few very tiny and light spots on the skirt, and a small hole near one of the pockets. This comes with the original self belt, but it is quite worn (see all photos, please). Pricing accordingly.
These full skirted dresses are fabulous with flats, and very chic with heels; absolutely perfect for summertime picnics, an evening stroll in the park, or to wear to the farmer's market on Saturday ~
and this really couldn't be more perfect for a day outing at Viva Las Vegas (VLV) next spring...
Shown with a crinoline, crini is not included with dress.
