This has a fresh vintage 60s look, with a surf-culture Henley inspired button front neckline.
This has a fit and flare silhouette, with bodice darts at the side and waist seams, wasp waistline and pleated full skirt.
There is no maker's label, nor fiber labels; this has the hand of cotton, with a woven stripe of light blue with white.
This has short sleeves that are cuffed at their hems. On each hip of the skirt, there are patch pockets with horizontally placed metal zippers.
Shoulder point to shoulder point: 16"
CBN to waistline: 15.75"
CBN to hem: 40.5"
78" sweep of hem
We have shown this with (and without) a crinoline and belt; these are not included.
Condition: freshly laundered and ready to wear, with only a small (1/4") slit located 1/2" up from waist on wearer's left side, 1" to the front from the side seam. With a bit of stitch witchery pressed to the back, this could be an impossible- to-detect repair.
These casual dresses are perfect to wear for "movie" night, farmer's market shopping, or an evening stroll in the park ~ they look terrific with plain white flats or flip flops, or they can be dressed up a bit with a low heel.
