In the 80s there was a huge resurgence of fanciful and exotic Hawaiian print shirts, due in part, to the wildly successful hit tv series MASH, based on a military medical unit in South Korea during the Korean war. The lead characters regularly wore aloha print shirts with their fatigues.
This is made of a super comfortable soft rayon with a muted color palette of teal green, creamy white, sandy gold, red and olive green with black accents. Design motifs include delightful ocean waves, surfers, palm trees, catamarans, huts, and islands.

This may be older than the 80s, but we’re pretty sure it’s not.
These casual shirts are happily worn on campus, in Vegas, to just about every summer party and backyard BBQ. We prefer them worn island style, open, with a fresh white tee shirt underneath.
