This charming novelty print apron features Pennsylvania German recipes with various kitchen wares like cutting boards and pepper mills and bowls and bottles, with tomatoes and bell peppers all over it in a cheerful colorway of red, gold, avocado green and black on white.

Includes recipes (at least in part) for: Scrapple of Pawnhaas, Quakertown Pie, Schnitz Up Gnepp and more.

The skirt is not a regular straight cut, it is cut on the bias and manipulated as one with the waistband, we've never seen one quite like this. It also has red zigzag trim around hem.

Measurements:

the skirt is 21" long at the center front (from the bottom of the waistband) and

tapers to 11" at the sides

Waistband is 20.5" across with angle hemmed tails of 31" each

Excellent condition, freshly laundered, ready to wear, or to gift.

We love to make gift baskets with vintage aprons, linens and cookware for housewarming, engagement and bridal showers.

We are a member of The VFG, The Vintage Fashion Guild.
